As a freelance professional makeup artist, Chiqui Dingcong works primarily in Metro Manila but can also very well travel to on-site locations upon request. Her rates are very reasonable, depending on the project or event. If the location is outside her area, travel and lodging expenses will be added.
Airbrush HD Makeup
It is the hottest thing right now especially for Brides & Debutantes. It is waterproof, sweat-proof and wears for up to 8-12 hrs without touch up. The best part about Airbrush is it looks amazingly beautiful in pictures and video. It is also so natural-looking in person that your guests will compliment you on your skin all day and all night long.
Conventional Makeup
If you need a more budget friendly option, conventional make-up is the next best thing. Chiqui uses imported long-lasting cosmetics and a special application technique so that it looks flawless and wears well throughout the day. It is recommended, however, to carry a pack of oil-blotting paper as it may be needed depending on your skin type.
Personal Beauty Module
Want to learn how to properly apply makeup or do you simply need to update your look? Chiqui can instruct you as to the application of finished makeup. In just a short time you'll know how to apply flawless, polished makeup as you'll be instructed on proper techniques using the right make-up brushes. The class will run for 3 hours. Minimum of five (5) participants per class.

Trial Hair & Make-up
Before the big day, whether for a wedding or debut, it is highly recommended to have a makeup trial, as initially this is the first and best step forward to ensure that all of your expectations are exceeded on your most special day. This is the time when skincare advice is given so that your skin is guaranteed to glow with radiance on the day. The main importance of your makeup trial is to collaborate and creatively combine the make-up artist's ideas and concepts with your desires and needs to create your individual dream bridal look. You will need to give yourself 1-2 hours for the trial process. It is also recommend that you bring along any inspiration visuals or concepts such as magazine clippings, or downloads so that the make-up artist will have a visual understanding of your own personal style.

Hair & Make-up for Pre-nuptial Pictorial
The pre-nuptial pictorial is now an essential part of every couple's dream wedding. You will have to look your best since your images will most likely be flashed on a huge screen during your reception, or a photo may be chosen to be part of a souvenir. Choosing the right theme and the right hair and make is as crucial as the hair and make-up on your wedding day. Some pre-nuptial pictorial sessions may take as long as the entire day, so it is advised to inform your make-up artist how long you will need his or her services so that they will give you the proper quote based on your requirements.

Other concerns:
> Eyebrows are of high importance as they enhance and frame the eyes giving structure to the face, which gives a polished finish with your eye makeup. If your brows aren't already in prime condition, then it is highly recommended to go to a professional eyebrow specialist like Browhaus or Lay Bare a couple of days before your big day.
> All of Chiqui's makeup are inclusive of 100% Human Hair false lashes, as she believes that a makeup is never quite complete with out the icing on the cake - being the lashes.
