CHIQUI ORTIZ DINGCONG is a Filipino freelance professional makeup artist who is trained and certified in conventional make-up by Maquillage Professionnel School of Make-up Artistry, one of the premiere makeup schools in the Philippines today.  She is also very much adept in the now in-demand airbrush makeup as trained by former Temptu Pro Philippines Brand Ambassador and now better known as the Airbrush Diva, Ms. Kay Rodriguez.  In the summer of 2016, she further enhanced her skills by completing Temptu's Bridal Airbrush Workshop in Los Angeles, California.  Her passion for beauty and desire to turn everything beautiful is what propelled her to carefully study the art.  Years of experience in advertising, marketing, and sales have taught her to value her clients and listen to their specific needs. Her tireless work ethic make her stand out as a formidable talent in the makeup industry. In fact, she was the former Chairwoman and Founder of United Make-up Artists of the Philippines (UMAP), an organization that she co-founded in the third quarter of 2012 with two other make-up artists.

Now, she is productively busy as the Creative and Image Director of Makeup Artisan Group (MAG), a premiere makeup team composed of 4 seasoned and talented female makeup artists that handle hair and makeup for corporate events, fashion shows, weddings, debuts, editorials, and so much more.

Chiqui also has a keen eye for detail and style that allows her to create unique looks using different make-up colors, textures, and application techniques. As a contributor for Working Mom Magazine, Metro Society Magazine, and Town and Country Magazine, she creates a look that goes with the clothes, lighting, and occasion. A true artist at heart, her interests include photography, graphic design, creating beautiful hand-made invitations, and organizing events but consider the transformative world of makeup her true calling.

Formerly one of the non-exclusive resident makeup artists of Benefit Cosmetics Philippines and a Guest Artist at MAC, Chiqui also uses most of the known and trusted makeup international brands such as Charlotte Tilbury, Nars, Make Up For Ever, RCMA, Tom Ford Beauty, Marc Jacobs Beauty, Chanel, YSL, Guerlain, and Dior, just to name a few. However, she also infuses fun and adventure in her craft by using breakthrough products such as Temptu, Urban Decay, Inglot, Tarte, Anastasia of Beverly Hills, Viseart, and Hourglass.
